Alto Pont-Rouge is being built by Swiss Prime Site Immobilien. Just like the Prime Tower in Zurich, this building will be a select address for firms and retailers. These high-quality, bright, modular units will be available for their occupants to move in from 2023. Designed by Swiss architectural firm brodbeck roulet architectes associés, Alto is in keeping with the character of its neighbourhood in Pont-Rouge. The largest design hotel in Switzerland has emerged, with 394 rooms. The new Motel One Zurich, situated in a prime location in Zurich CBD near Paradeplatz, has welcomed its guests since the end of July 2017.

The office building wil be constructed in solid constrcution and will not require heating, ventilation, cooling or external energy supply. The aim is to keep the temperature inside the building constant between 22 and 26 degrees Celsius («2226»). The maintenance and operating costs will be 50% less than for conventional properties. On the ground floor and the four floors above, a total of 15?000 m² are available for rent, whereby large connected areas are offered.
